We are recruiting for an important staff position at CLM, sitting within the Communications Team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with personal creative skills and a love for people, able to raise and lead a team of creative photographers, videographers and content creators alongside delivering high-quality written and visual communications themselves.
You will play a key role in capturing and communicating the life, vision and impact of CLM. From overseeing social media and content creation to coordinating our monthly e-News, supporting weekly notices, and helping tell powerful stories of transformed lives, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, leadership and ministry. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and gifted in communication, with an eye for compelling content and a heart for developing people.
This is a part-time position, working three days per week, including Sundays as a regular working day, with the remaining days worked during the week. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and effectiveness of a thriving, multi-site church that is passionate about seeing lives transformed through Jesus Christ.

Working days | 0.6 FTE / 22.5 hours | Sundays as a working day, plus two days Mon-Fri (Monday and Thursday preferred) with occasional evening commitments (ToiL provision).
Reporting into | Assistant Pastor: Special Operations
Role | Permanent position - subject to a satisfactory DBS checks and three-month probationary period
Salary (FTE) | FTE £29,000 to £33,500 depending on qualification, experience and capability (annual salary £17,400 - £20,100)
