Through the week from Sunday 1st June to Sunday 8th June 2025 there are loads of brilliant projects you can book into!
You could choose to pray for people, litter pick, clear school grounds or work with our Missions Partners,
such as Coventry Foodbank and Carriers of Hope and much more.
BOOKING FOR GO! 2025 PROJECTS IS NOW CLOSED.
YOU CAN STILL BOOK INTO THE PRAYER ROOM BELOW.
Take a look at the timetable below to see all the different projects taking place over GO! Week.
You can be involved in as many projects as you want to in the week and/or on Saturday.
On Saturday you can chose one morning project and one afternoon project if the slots allocated allow, but
some projects are all day. Make sure they don’t overlap with each other.

You must BOOK IN all the members of
your family/group individually.
Once you have booked into a project you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that if a child is part of CLM Youth Leadership Programme or CLM Young Leaders there are specific projects for these groups to do with Youth Leaders. They will receive information about booking into these projects through their Youth Leaders.

Monday 2 June
Clothing Coventry Warehouse
Clothing Coventry, Coventry's only clothing bank, provides hundreds of clothing packs for 300-400 people a month. They need our help to sort and package up the clothes that have been donated, which will allow them to distribute them more efficiently.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's only
Sharing Jesus
We will be heading into the city centre to offer members of the public an opportunity to have a conversation about faith and offer prayer.
AGE GUIDELINES: All under 18’s must be with an adult at all times in town as this project interacts directly with members of the public.
Litter Picking
A great option for everyone no matter how old you are. Grab a litter picker, hi-vis jacket and gloves and head out to tidy our city. Last year people on this project also had opportunities to speak to the public about why they were doing this.
AGE GUIDELINES: Open to anyone and good for families. All under 18’s must be with an adult.
Hamper Packing
Put together a yummy hamper full of delights. These food hampers will be given to vulnerable families through some of our link schools.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 12's only. All under 18's must be with an adult.
Rooted Litter Picking
One of CLM’s Rooted Groups will be heading out into the local area to litter pick as their serve experience as part of Rooted.
Tuesday 3 June
Guardian Ballers Prayer Walk
In preparation for the Guardian Ballers Project on the Saturday we will be prayer walking Manor Farm Estate and delivering fliers to the local community to advertise the project to encourage young people from the estate to join us on Saturday for a basketball and well-being session.

Carriers of Hope Community Drop In
Carriers of Hope are a local charity that supports refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants and provides furniture and household items, baby equipment and toys to hundreds of families across the city. Support the Carriers of Hope team at their drop-in event, where they register new clients, with a cup of tea and chat and a raffle.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's only

Year 5/6 Life Group: GO!
The CLM Kids Year 5 and 6 Life Group will be taking part in GO! 2025. During this session they will make a gift to bless their school teachers.
Carriers of Hope Warehouse
Help Carriers of Hope sort and tidy their warehouse. Carriers of Hope are a local charity that supports refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants and provides furniture and household items, baby equipment and toys to hundreds of families across the city. Supporting them through tidying their warehouse helps them to distribute these items more easily.
AGE GUIDELINES: 14+ only. All under 18's must be with an adult.
Hamper Packing
Put together a yummy hamper full of delights. These food hampers will be given to vulnerable families through Children's Social Services in Coventry.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 12's only. All under 18's must be with an adult.
Wednesday 4 June
Carriers of Hope Food Hub
Be part of the team that helps sort and serve food at Carriers of Hope Food Hub which supports Refugees, Migrants and Asylum Seekers in the CV1 area of the city.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18’s only.

Prison Ministry Garden Project
CLM have a monthly Sunday ministry at the local prison, where we lead Sunday services alongside the prison chaplain.
For GO! 2025 you will assist the Garden Instructors at the local prison with installation of raised beds for a sensory garden in an exercise yard and with other gardening tasks.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's only
Serving at CLM Foodbank
Our foodbank is open weekly to serve food, a cuppa and a friendly chat to people in need in our city. Be part of the team to help serve refreshments and chat with some of the people accessing foodbank.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's only.

Serving Team for Synergy Afternoon Tea
Synergy is our amazing 60+ ministry. This is special Wednesday afternoon for Synergy and friends to enjoy cakes, coffee and tea. Be part of the team who will help set up, serve refreshments and clear away to make this a great time for Synergy and their invited friends.

Thursday 5 June
Carriers of Hope: Let’s Play
Carriers of Hope are a local charity that supports refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants and provides furniture and household items, baby equipment and toys to hundreds of families across the city.
The Let's Play Group supports children aged 0-4 in gaining understanding and confidence in spoken English. Children and parents learn English through stories, songs, and play. Support the Carriers of Hope team at The Let's Play Group with setting up, serving refreshments, joining in with the play and clearing up afterwards.

Foodbank Supermarket Collection
Based in Sainsbury’s in Canley you will encourage shoppers to donate items to Coventry Foodbank to support the hundreds of people who are in need of food packages this month.

Saturday 7 June

Clifford Bridge Primary School
Help clear and paint outdoor areas at Clifford Bridge. This will be a fun time making the outdoor spaces a little brighter to bless the children in our city. We will be building a mud kitchen and water play area to help enhance the children's playtimes. This is a project if you really want to get practical and get stuck in.
Ideal for anyone who has practical DIY skills!
AGE GUIDELINES: 8+ All under 18's must be with an adult.
Family Crafts
Have fun making cards and crafts to take to neighbours and friends or family. A great way to include little ones and big ones alike in blessing our city.
AGE GUIDELINES: Open to anyone. All under 18’s must be with an adult. You must stay with your child at this project.
Guardian Ballers
Guardian Ballers is a mental health and wellbeing service that exists to empower young people to become happy, healthy and community-transformers through Basketball. This basketball and wellbeing project will be based in Manor Farm Estate in Coventry and will involve working with young people from the local community. Carriers of Hope Warehouse
Help Carriers of Hope sort and tidy their warehouse. Carriers of Hope are a local charity that supports refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants and provides furniture and household items, baby equipment and toys to hundreds of families across the city. Supporting them through tidying their warehouse helps them to distribute these items more easily.
AGE GUIDELINES: 14+ only. All under 18’s must be with an adult.
Good Neighbours Gardens
Good neighbours support lonely and isolated over 50’s in the city by recruiting volunteer befrienders. We will be going to some of their clients’ gardens to give them a good tidy up and chat to them. We aim to brighten up the clients’ homes and their day.

Foodbank Warehouse: Feed the Hungry Packing Event
Help Feed the Hungry package up 20,000 meals to send to areas with desperate need around the world.

Clothing Coventry Jumble Sale
Clothing Coventry, Coventry's only clothing bank, provides hundreds of clothing packs for 300-400 people a month.
On Saturday 7th June Clothing Coventry are holding a jumble sale event at Queens Road Baptist Church and need our help to sort and sell the items. Join Clothing Coventry's team for the day to help raise money for the charity.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's only

They also have an allotment where they grow fresh fruit and vegetables to use in their weekly food hub. Help them tidy, weed and water their allotment to support this local charity.

Naul’s Mill Park
Help the Friends of Naul's Mill Park tidy up, litter pick and weed.
Naul's Mill Park is an important green space in the heart of Coventry's inner city. With impressive historical roots dating back to the 12th Century, Friends Of Naul's Mill Park are committed to respecting, nurturing and celebrating this beautiful green space.

Home Painting Project
Help a family, who are supported by one of our mission partners, by painting their lounge and kitchen.
Ideally you will have painting and decorating experience to join this project.
AGE GUIDELINES: Over 18's Only
Reset the Building
Help reset CLM Central ready for the Sunday services. This will include tidying up, cleaning, moving chairs and more. Being on this team will really help the end of our big day finish well. There might even be a few extra tasty treats to keep us going.

Prison Ministry
CLM have a monthly Sunday ministry at the local prison where we lead Sunday services alongside the prison Chaplain. Join our prison ministry team to be a part of the service for GO! 2025.

CLM GO! PRAYER ROOM
All Week: 2nd June - 7th June
The prayer room is an interactive space, with spaces for practical steps for prayer and also quiet reflection. We would love you to come to help cover GO! 2025 in prayer and speak the name of Jesus over our city.
