Ministry Assistant: Missions and Outreach
Overview
CLM is a vibrant, Pentecostal church, with over 60 different nationalities represented from across all age groups.
Context of the Role: Since 2021, GO! has been CLM’s annual Missions and Outreach event where hundreds of people from age 0 to 90s go out beyond the walls of the church building to talk about Jesus, doing like Jesus would and love like Jesus would GO! 2025 was the biggest ever event with over 50 projects running across the 7 days, a GO! Prayer Room and over 700 people taking part.
Overview of the Role: This role will co-ordinate GO! events, leading project leaders and wider volunteers to outwork the GO! emphasis to DO! SAY LOVE! GO! and bring God’s Kingdom in Coventry and expand the GO! Week. The role will be overseen by the Missions and Outreach Pastor as part of the CLM’s ‘Effective Mission’ to share the Gospel with faith and generosity, to make disciples and demonstrate the love of God.
Working days: Part time - One day per week (worked flexibly – See Special Requirements Section)
Term: Six-month fixed term (starting in February 2026)
Salary: £25,550 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) / equating to six-month gross salary: £2,555

Reporting into: Missions and Outreach Coordinator
